Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a range of roles, with a strong focus on business and technology positions. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include posting job descriptions,



leveraging online platforms and networks for recruitment, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

The Talent Acquisition

Executive will also support employer branding initiatives, contribute to recruitment strategies for Acolyte Technologies’ different brands, and collaborate with internal teams to improve hiring effectiveness and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities, with experience promoting organizational culture and value propositions to potential talent.
- Candidates should possess IT Recruitment experience or familiarity with hiring for technology and digital roles.
- Relevant skills such as candidate pipeline management, interview scheduling, and use of recruitment tools or ATS software are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in talent acquisition or HR.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple requisitions, meet timelines, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to all candidates.
