Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This role involves supporting end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking systems. The intern helps coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers, assists in conducting initial interviews, and participates in career events or campus outreach as needed.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include contributing to employer branding initiatives, preparing recruitment reports, and ensuring a positive candidate experience that aligns with Subo’s culture and values.

What You'll Work On :

- Source and shortlist candidates across different roles
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Screen candidates and understand their skills & interests
- Post and manage job openings across hiring platforms




- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities
- Help build a strong candidate experience from first message to joining
- Get hands-on exposure to other HR functions including employee engagement, HR operations, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day people management.

What we're looking for:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable organizational and coordination abilities
- Someone proactive, energetic, and comfortable talking to people
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates
- Basic understanding of recruitment/HR is a plus
- Students or recent graduates pursuing HR, Management, Psychology, or related fields are welcome to apply
