Key Responsibilities-
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-level to senior lateral positions across multiple departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, professional networks, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update the ATS with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and internal teams on offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and other relevant KPIs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve and optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with specific experience handling mid-level to senior/lateral hiring.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
