Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer-related discussions with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.
- Meet hiring targets and recruitment SLAs.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring practices.
- Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in lateral hiring for IT roles is preferred.
