Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across Semiconductor, Embedded Engineering and IT functions at NXP, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing niche semiconductor talent, building robust talent pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill critical hiring needs.

This role requires deep market mapping expertise, strong sourcing capabilities, and an understanding of semiconductor technologies and industry talent landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top semiconductor talent across various domains.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, job boards, professional networks, referrals, industry forums, and talent communities.
- Build talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates across semiconductor engineering functions.
- Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to support hiring strategies.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, target companies, and candidate profiles.
- Perform initial candidate outreach, engagement, and qualification.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Drive diversity sourcing initiatives and support inclusive hiring goals.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline health, talent availability, and market trends.
- Create and maintain communities of semiconductor professionals for future hiring needs.
- Support hiring for multiple geographies and business units as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of sourcing/recruitment experience with a significant focus on semiconductor hiring.
- Proven experience hiring for niche semiconductor and embedded engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technology domains and talent landscape.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global semiconductor organizations, fabless companies, product companies, or EDA organizations.
- Experience in talent intelligence, workforce planning, and talent market mapping.
- Exposure to hiring across India and international markets.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar tools.
