We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer to own the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data integration solutions. You will lead a team of Talend developers, ensure high-quality data pipelines, and work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and platform teams to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and enforce data integration standards, architecture, and best practices
- Own end-to-end delivery, including planning, prioritization, and release management
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance
- Ensure robust error handling, monitoring, logging, and production support
- Implement data quality, validation, governance, and security controls
- Mentor and guide Talend developers, acting as the technical escalation point
- Collaborate with business, architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams
- Manage and resolve complex production issues, root cause analysis (RCA),



and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in Talend Data Integration
- Mandatory experience with Talend Data Integration (DI) module
- Hands-on experience with Talend Open Studio, Talend Data Integration, and Talend ESB
- Strong proficiency in designing and developing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Talend
- Expertise in relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, with robust ability to write complex SQL queries
- Hands-on experience working with XML and JSON
- Solid understanding of data architectures, data integration patterns, and methodologies
- Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in Scrum methodology
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts
- Good to have: Experience with APIs
