Analysis of customer requirements (functional and non-functional)

Creation and review of System and Software (SW) requirements

Concept definition for System and Software

System and Software architecture definition (AUTOSAR)

Software design reviews

Experience with requirement engineering tools such as IBM DOORS and IBM Rhapsody

Technical feasibility analysis of customer requirements

Preparation of technical proposals

Coordination and conflict resolution across SW, HW, Mechanical Design, and Testing teams

Cross-functional expertise across multiple engineering domains

Customer interactions for technical discussions





Strong experience in Embedded Systems within the Automotive domain, with knowledge of product development lifecycle from acquisition to production

Experience with FMEA using IQRM tool

Knowledge of microprocessors and microcontrollers, particularly Renesas RH850 series and Infineon AURIX TC39x series

Understanding of UWB, Bluetooth, and NFC protocols

Knowledge of functional safety standards and regulations (IEC 61508 / ISO 26262)

Design Verification Planning (DVP)

Knowledge of MKS/PTC Integrity tool

Understanding of product release processes and configuration managementQualification Criteria

6 to 10 years of experience in the Automotive industry

Automotive domain expertise

Robust interpersonal and customer interaction skills

Product lifecycle knowledge from concept to end-of-life

Exposure to BCM, Car Access Systems, and Smart Car Access systems (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Experience in customer requirements analysis and product development

Ability to create system requirements and system architectures

Experience coordinating with internal domains to develop technical proposals

Primary customer interface for technical discussions and technical topics
