- Test Specification Implementation (ASPICE SYS.4.BP5):

- Analyze system architecture, interface specifications, and communication matrices (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) to create detailed and effective test specifications.

- Derive and specify test cases with explicit acceptance criteria from system architectural design and requirements.

- Develop and implement manual and automated test cases for system integration testing.

- Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, ECU-TEST, or similar languages and tools.

- Test Environment Execution (ASPICE SYS.4.BP6):

- Set up and maintain the test environment, including HIL systems, test benches, and required software/hardware tools (CANoe, INCA, etc.).

- Execute integration tests according to the defined plan and schedule, ensuring bidirectional traceability between requirements, architecture, and test cases.

- Analysis Reporting (ASPICE SYS.4.BP7, BP8):

- Analyze test results, logs, and measurement data to identify, document, and report defects with clarity in tools like JIRA, ALM, or RQM.

- Perform root cause analysis for test failures and collaborate with software, hardware, and system development teams to resolve issues.

- Prepare and communicate test summary reports to project stakeholders.

- Quality Process Adherence:

- Participate in peer reviews of requirements, test designs, and automation scripts to ensure quality and coverage.

- Ensure all testing activities and work products comply with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and relevant safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262).

- Hands-on experience with:

- FST





- ECUMST

- RST

- SYS.4 Verification

- SYS.5 Verification

Essential Technical Skills Competencies:

- Experience: 3+ years in system testing, software testing, or test automation, preferably in the automotive sector.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Electric Vehicle (EV) architecture. Proficient knowledge of power electronics, specifically Inverters, DC/DC Converters, and e-Axle systems.

- Testing Processes: In-depth knowledge of testing concepts, methodology, and the V-Model development lifecycle. Proven ability to design efficient test cases for functional and safety-related requirements.

- Tools: Hands-on experience with:

- Test Systems: HIL test systems and some times HV (e.g., dSPACE, ETAS, Vector VT System).

- Analysis Measurement: CANoe, INCA, UDE.

- Scripting Automation: Python, ECU-TEST, C/C++.

- Basic Programming and scripting skills : C/C++, Python, ECU Test and AI Tools

- Requirements Test Management: DOORS, RQM, ALM, Jira.

- Version Control: AEEE, Git, GitHub.

- Protocols Standards:

- Protocols: Solid understanding of CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and FlexRay.

- Standards: Experience working within an ASPICE-compliant process environment is essential. Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture is highly desirable.
