Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of Windows OS / MacOS
- Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)
- MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset

- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
