We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees across the organization. The role will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, network and system-related issues, ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and maintaining timely resolution of employee queries.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows environments, Active Directory, servers, desktop support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide complete technical support to internal employees for hardware, software, operating system and network-related issues.

Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral and other hardware problems.

Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, applications and IT peripherals.

Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets and group policies through Active Directory.

Monitor and troubleshoot server-related issues and ensure smooth day-to-day server operations.

Handle system configuration, software installation, upgrades, patching and troubleshooting.

Maintain IT assets, inventory and related documentation.

Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity and basic network-related issues.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software and infrastructure-related issues.

Maintain proper records of incidents, service requests and IT assets.

Ensure timely resolution of employee IT issues and maintain service quality.





Follow IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Support IT infrastructure during rotational shifts and handle critical issues whenever required.

Required Skills

5 - 8 years of relevant experience in IT support / IT infrastructure / desktop support.

Should have managed a set up with at least 100 workstations

Should be able to independently resolve queries and ensure systems are always up and running

Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory.

Good understanding of Windows Server and server administration.

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues.

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic networking concepts.

Experience with desktop/laptop configuration, printers and other IT peripherals.

Good understanding of user and access management.

Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT support operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates who have worked in an internal IT support or IT infrastructure environment and have experience supporting a sizeable employee base will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable working from the Noida office and in rotational shifts.
