Job Details
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive EPR compliance, sustainability disclosures, and environmental reporting, while building structured, data-centric systems for ESG data collection, validation, and integration. Support sustainability initiatives through project execution, stakeholder coordination, and employee engagement to strengthen awareness, participation, and a culture of environmental responsibility.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, Management, or related field.
Relevant Experience
2-3 years of experience in EPR, sustainability, EPR compliance, environmental management, environmental awareness or related areas.
Experience working with sustainability projects, waste management responsibility, or ESG reporting frameworks will be preferred.

A: EPR Compliance & Waste Management
- Ensure compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and applicable waste management regulations (Plastic, E-waste, Battery, etc.)
- Monitor updates from CPCB and other regulatory bodies and track impact on operations
- Coordinate regulatory filings, submissions, and compliance documentation
- Maintain records on waste generation, recycling, resource utilization, and related metrics
- Liaise with recyclers, waste management agencies, and compliance partners
- Track waste collection, disposal, and recycling activities and ensure documentation for audits
- Build Data systems for data collation and integration
- Support EPR, plastics and packaging with audit ready data during disclosures

B: Project Management and Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance, etc.) to gather data and implement compliance requirements
- Provide guidance on sustainability practices and regulatory expectations
- Engage with external stakeholders including consultants, industry bodies, and regulatory agencies
- Support ESG governance and cross-functional sustainability initiatives
- Manage sustainability projects related to waste management, recycling, resource efficiency, and environmental initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for implementation and tracking
- Monitor project milestones,
timelines, deliverables, and impact metrics
- Support audits, due diligence, and continuous improvement initiatives
