Job Title: Survey Supervisor – Nagpur

We are looking for an experienced Survey Supervisor to lead and manage a field survey in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have deep local knowledge of Nagpur, strong field experience, and the ability to effectively manage a survey team and ensure accurate data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate and supervise field survey activities across Nagpur.
- Manage and guide field surveyors/enumerators.
- Ensure accurate, systematic and timely collection of survey data.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve field-level issues.
- Prepare daily/regular survey progress reports.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in field surveys, market research, real estate surveys, or similar assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Nagpur city, its localities, demographics and geography.
- Excellent field coordination and team-management skills.
- Valuable communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; English preferred.
- Should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
- Experience handling survey teams and using mobile/data-collection applications will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
