Position: Surveyor – Building Works

Experience: 4+ Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Locations: Pune | Nashik | Vizag

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out site surveys, setting out, and leveling for building construction works.
- Establish and maintain benchmarks, reference points, and grid lines.
- Conduct surveys for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Verify line, level, alignment, and dimensions as per approved drawings.
- Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, and measurement records.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Planning Engineer, and QA/QC team.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with drawings.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in measurements or site execution.
- Maintain and operate surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, and other relevant equipment.
- Ensure proper care, calibration, and maintenance of survey instruments.





Eligibility & Skills

- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Surveying or Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station and Auto Level.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and setting-out procedures.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with site teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
