The role:
As a Product Designer at Coram AI, you’ll design the end-to-end experience for an AI-native video security platform used by security and operations teams to monitor, investigate, and respond to real-world incidents. You’ll turn complex workflows (live video, AI detections, multi-site operations, access control, and incident response) into intuitive, high-confidence product experiences.
You’ll have significant ownership from day one: partnering closely with product managers and engineers, speaking directly with customers, and taking work from early concepts through polished,



production-ready designs. This is a high-impact role for a systems-minded designer who enjoys solving technically complex B2B problems, building scalable design foundations, and shipping quickly in an early-stage environment.
Responsibilities:
Own the product design process from early customer discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
Design workflows for natural language video search, custom AI alert setup, interactive camera walls, and incident deep-dive investigations
Streamline critical operations like multi-site security oversight, role-based access control, visitor management, and emergency response coordination
Build, expand, and maintain Coram AI’s UI component library and design system in Figma to ensure speed, accessibility, and visual consistency across desktop and mobile
Talk directly with security operators, IT directors, and facility
