·Manage and lead TRL, Advance Tech. projects, clearly understanding the
requirements, defining scope, preparing project plan, forming project team,
preparing & managing project schedule and ensure effective delivery.
·Perform analytical/design calculations related to component & compressor design
– component design considering different manufacturing aspects & analysis study

·Concept generation - Develop & inspire team to generate new design concepts
