Manage HR operations : payroll, attendance, employee records.
Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR functions.
Ensure compliance & smooth HR processes.

2+ years of HR experience (Recruitment & Operations).
Strong communication & multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools.
