Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all quality control processes within the sportswear/garment manufacturing line.
Develop and implement robust quality standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify and address any quality issues.
Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors, providing guidance and training to uphold high standards.
Collaborate with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for analysis and continuous improvement.




Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company specifications.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the Garment Industry or Sportswear sector.
Robust understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to implement and manage comprehensive quality assurance systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
