Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of gym memberships and fitness programs , achieving and exceeding monthly targets.
Conduct compelling tours of our facilities and clearly articulate the advantages of our offerings to prospective members.
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their fitness goals and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and guide individuals through the entire sales process, from initial contact to sign-up.
Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.




Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of gym sales experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to convert leads into members.
A good personality and approachable demeanor, making clients feel comfortable and motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
A passion for health and fitness, enabling you to genuinely connect with potential members.
A results-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet sales quotas.
