Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Balance raw material usage, machine availability, and workforce efficiency.
Process Optimization
Enhance assembly line efficiency and productivity.
Implement Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve output.
Machine & Tool Handling
Operate and maintain production machinery such as CNC routers, edge banding, and panel saws.
Ensure tool calibration and schedule preventive maintenance.
Quality Assurance
Ensure product adherence to finish, durability, and dimensional standards.
Utilize gauges, measurement tools, and quality checklists to maintain high standards.
Material Management
Coordinate with store and purchase departments for material requirements.
Optimize raw material usage and manage inventory effectively.
