About the Engagement nWe are engaging an independent IT Infrastructure Audit Consultant to assess and optimize the technology ecosystem of a full-service law firm headquartered in Bangalore. As the firm scales, it is seeking an objective, expert evaluation of its current infrastructure to identify risks, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities — and to deliver a transparent, prioritized roadmap for future investment.
nThis is a high-visibility advisory engagement, working directly with senior leadership and IT stakeholders to shape the firm's technology direction over the next 5–6 months.

What You'll Do n
n
Assess the current state of IT infrastructure across the firm's Bangalore office and any connected locationsn
Evaluate network architecture, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN,



and remote-access setupsn
Review server, storage, and compute infrastructure across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environmentsn
Assess data security, access controls, and compliance posture, with particular attention to client data confidentiality obligations typical of legal practicen
Evaluate endpoint and device management practices across the user basen
Review backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readinessn
Assess IT service management, helpdesk operations, and vendor/AMC management practicesn
Review software licensing and asset management processesn
Identify gaps, risks, single points of failure, and technical debt in the existing settingn
Develop a future-ready, secure, and cost-optimized infrastructure roadmap, sequenced by priorityn
Present findings and recommendations directly to firm leadership and IT stakeholdersn
