We are looking for a basic-level after-sales support staff to handle troubleshooting and customer service for solar inverters and energy storage systems.n
The work content is routine and the position is stable.n

n2 Key Responsibilities
n

Provide basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries and monitoring systemsn
Resolve technical issues via remote guidance or on-site servicen
Assist with system installation, commissioning and parameter configurationn
Deliver basic technical training to business partnersn
Track operating status of equipment and compile regular basic reportsn
Cooperate with in office inspection work as requiredn

n3 Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Renewable Energy Minimum 1 year relevant working experiencen
Possess basic professional knowledge of solar inverter and battery energy storage systems Capable of straightforward circuit and PCB fault diagnosis Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)n
