Ensure export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, COO, etc.) is complete and accurate.
Comply with DGFT , Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council (Pharmexcil) , and customs regulations .
Stay updated on international regulatory requirements like USFDA, EMA, TGA, etc.
Identify and develop recent international markets and distributors.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for pricing, product selection, and strategies.
Negotiate terms of trade, supply agreements, and pricing with global partners.
Coordinate with the production , QA/QC , and supply chain teams to meet export timelines.
Arrange shipment and logistics (air, sea, or courier), working with freight forwarders and CHA.
Ensure timely dispatch and track shipments till delivery.
Maintain communication with international clients for order updates , inquiries , and feedback .
Handle after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage any claims or complaints related to product quality or delivery.
Oversee export incentives , duty drawback , and schemes like RoDTEP or MEIS .
