Pearson is looking for a driven Outside Sales skilled to cover the entire state of Kerala, focusing on our Test Preparation business. If you have a strong background in sales within the K12 or test preparation domain, excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Hindi, and English, and a proven track record of exceeding targets, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify current business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead in the Test Preparation ecosystem.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients , understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.




Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling test preparation products.
Cover Test Preparation coaching centers, retailers, and distributors in the assigned territory, driving adoption and channel sales for Test Prep products.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in the Test Prep/K12 domain , with a solid track record for 5 years .
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English .
