Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify automation prospects using RPA and SBPA frameworks.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate .
Integrate RPA solutions with other technologies (AI/ML, OCR, APIs, ERP systems) to enhance automation capabilities.
Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
Ensure bots are robust, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed bots; handle incident and change management for RPA solutions.
Document technical designs, development processes, and user manuals.
Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and support training efforts for end users.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
Proficiency with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
Understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation concepts.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and integration technologies.
Knowledge of cognitive services and AI-based decision-making is a plus.
