Role Description The Surveillance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for overseeing surveillance operations across company facilities and critical assets, ensuring continuous monitoring through CCTV, drones, and other security systems.

The Surveillance

Manager will review and analyze video and data feeds, identify potential risks or incidents, and coordinate responses with internal teams and external authorities when needed. Daily tasks include managing surveillance staff, maintaining and testing monitoring equipment, documenting incidents, and preparing regular reports on security trends and compliance. The role also involves developing and updating surveillance protocols, training team members on best practices,



and collaborating with operations and management to improve overall safety and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in surveillance, security operations, or risk management, preferably within transportation, logistics, or related industries.
- Ability to manage and coordinate surveillance teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and training.
- Proficiency in using CCTV systems, access control tools, and basic familiarity with drone or remote monitoring technologies.
- Strong analytical and observational skills, with the ability to quickly identify irregularities and respond to incidents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and compliance standards relevant to transportation and facility operations.
- Comfort working on-site in a dynamic operational environment and making decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security management, logistics, criminology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role and familiarity with local regulations in Punjab and Mohali district are advantageous.
