Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Specialist role based in Khordha, Bhubaneswar.

The Supply Chain

Specialist will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including coordination of procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, tracking material flow, resolving supply bottlenecks, and supporting planning and forecasting processes. The role involves collaborating with operations, warehouse, procurement, and vendors to optimize costs, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.



The specialist will also prepare reports, analyze data to improve efficiency, and support implementation of process improvements and digital tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Supply Chain Management and Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating procurement, production, and logistics.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, including tracking stock levels, planning replenishment, and minimizing stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills to collaborate across teams, negotiate with vendors, and interpret data for decision-making.
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain software and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or recycling/industrial operations is beneficial, along with a commitment to safety and sustainable practices.
