Team Member - Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Role Summary

Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Replenishment operations by analyzing demand patterns, maintaining planning data, monitoring inventory performance, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform demand planning activities including baseline forecasting, forecast adjustments, and data validation.
- Analyze historical sales, promotions, seasonality, and business inputs to support forecast development.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and perform root cause analysis for demand variances.
- Maintain supply plans and ensure alignment between demand forecasts, procurement, production, and distribution plans.
- Identify supply risks including shortages, excess inventory, and capacity constraints.
- Execute replenishment activities including inventory balancing, allocation planning, and purchase order support.
- Track inventory performance, service levels, and supply chain KPIs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply and replenishment issues.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and exception analyses for planning teams.
- Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.

SME - Supply Chain Planning

Role Summary

Act as the functional expert for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Replenishment processes. Drive planning excellence, forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and advanced planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead forecasting reviews and validate demand planning assumptions and methodologies.
- Conduct advanced analysis on forecast accuracy, demand variability, inventory trends, and service levels.




- Develop long-term demand planning frameworks and planning best practices.
- Support implementation of AI-powered Demand Sensing and One Signal planning capabilities.
- Review supply plans and recommend actions to address supply-demand imbalances.
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives focused on stock availability and working capital reduction.
- Lead root cause analysis of planning exceptions and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop KPI frameworks, planning dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Drive planning process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor team members and provide functional guidance on planning tools and methodologies.

Role Summary

Lead day-to-day planning operations across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Replenishment functions while ensuring KPI attainment, operational excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage planning teams supporting demand forecasting, supply planning, and replenishment execution.
- Ensure timely completion of planning cycles, forecast updates, inventory reviews, and exception management.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, and replenishment performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning activities involving Merchandising, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Suppliers.
- Lead planning reviews and ensure risks are proactively identified and escalated.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end service delivery across demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management functions.
- Define planning strategy, governance frameworks, and performance management processes.
- Own client relationships and provide strategic insights on forecast performance, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Drive implementation of advanced planning capabilities, including:

- Establish KPI frameworks covering forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service levels, and working capital performance.

- Manage financial performance, resource planning, and operational capacity.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
