Job Summary The SCL Executive will manage inbound and outbound logistics for electronic components and finished goods, ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production while optimizing inventory, freight cost, and vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic oversight for multi-modal transportation (Air, Sea, Road)
- Track import shipments (air/sea/courier) and manage customs clearance, duty documentation (Bill of Entry, BOE, IGCR, etc.)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Customs House Agents), and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization
- Coordinate outbound dispatch of finished goods to OEM/distributor/retail customers, ensuring on-time delivery
- Track and report logistics KPIs: freight cost/unit, inventory turns, and lead-time variance
- Ensure compliance with import-export regulations,



HS code classification, and any applicable PLI/MeitY scheme documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports on logistics costs, delivery timelines, and vendor performance
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving or process-improvement measures
- Support audits and maintain documentation for compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Any Bachelor's degree including Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years' experience in supply chain/logistics
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems and import documentation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to logistics/tracking dashboards

Skills & Competencies

- Robust vendor negotiation and coordination skills, including with overseas suppliers
- Familiarity with customs/import-export compliance for electronics
- Analytical mindset for inventory and cost optimization
- Ability to manage urgency in a fast-moving, production-linked environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
