Role Purpose The Supply Chain Assistant Trainee will support end-to-end procurement and logistics operations, assisting in vendor coordination, material planning, and documentation to ensure timely and efficient supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in raising purchase requisitions and coordinating with vendors for quotations and order confirmations.

· Maintain and update purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor records in the Erp system.

· Track material deliveries and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery against project requirements.

· Support preparation of comparative statements, vendor evaluations, and procurement reports.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for goods receipt, inspection, and documentation.

· Assist in maintaining the approved vendor list (AVL) and sourcing database.

· Prepare and maintain supply chain MIS reports including lead time tracking and pending order status.

· Liaise with project and engineering teams to understand material specifications and delivery priorities





· Support import/export documentation and customs clearance activities when required

Experience Required

0-1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (fresher with intemship expesure is acceptable) Prid exposure to ERP-based procurement workflows is an added advantage

Qualification

· B.Com/BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field

· Diploma or degree in Engineering (preferred for industrial/automation sector exposure)

Skills Required

· Basic understanding of procurement and and supply chain processes

· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office too

· ERP systems (ERPNext, SAP, or similar)

· Good to have basic knowledge of ERP

· Solid attention to detail and documentation accuracy

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Location: Kochi

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
