Role Description The Supplier Onboarding Executive (Procurement) role at Dropdash is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves identifying potential manufacturers and wholesalers, conducting outreach, and guiding them through the onboarding process to list their products on the platform.

Responsibilities include collecting and validating supplier documentation, negotiating basic commercial terms in line with procurement guidelines, and ensuring accurate catalog creation with complete product details and pricing. The executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships that support product availability and quality.



The role also requires maintaining organized records, updating internal systems, and providing regular reports on onboarding progress and supplier pipeline.

Qualifications

- Strong supplier management and procurement-related skills, including vendor identification, supplier evaluation, and basic negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in data handling and documentation, with the ability to manage onboarding forms, contracts, and product catalogs accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging suppliers, clarifying requirements, and building collaborative relationships.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms, including spreadsheets, CRM or procurement systems, and web-based communication tools.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple supplier onboarding tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in procurement, vendor onboarding, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, adapt to a fast-paced startup workplace, and collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams.
