Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer demands while ensuring effective use of resources.
- Manage manpower allocation, line balancing, and rejection control to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
- Conduct Kaizen events on the shop floor to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Monitor OEE calculations to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in injection moulding or related field.
- Strong understanding of daily production planning, line balancing, manpower handling, shift planning, and rejection control principles.
- Proficiency in calculating OEE using various methods such as TPM/TPM tools.
