We are hiring a skilled ServiceNow SecOps Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Security Operations (SecOps) modules in ServiceNow and a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps modules: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence
Integrate SecOps with threat intelligence platforms, CMDB, and vulnerability scanners
Customize workflows, automation, and playbooks for security incident handling and vulnerability remediation
Collaborate with security teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
Support enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting in existing SecOps implementations
Ensure alignment with ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices

Required Skills:




5+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 2 years in SecOps
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, processes, and tools
Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence modules
Familiarity with CMDB, MID Server, and integrations with external tools
Robust scripting and troubleshooting skills in ServiceNow
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
