Inaya Experiences is a bespoke luxury wedding and event planning company creating celebrations across India and internationally.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder — someone who can keep up with a fast-moving Founder, bring some order to the chaos and make everyday life a little easier.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

A little bit of everything — which is what makes this role fun.
Managing the Founder’s calendar, meetings and appointments
Keeping track of follow-ups, deadlines and things that absolutely cannot be forgotten
Coordinating with clients, vendors, hotels, designers and the Inaya team
Making sure everyone gets a response when they’re supposed to
Preparing presentations, documents, trackers, meeting notes and the occasional last-minute deck




Researching things — from vendors and hotels to travel and random questions that suddenly need answers
Organising travel and itineraries
Helping with select personal appointments and admin
Joining meetings and making sure the “what happens next?” actually happens
Supporting the Founder during weddings and events when required
Taking ownership of random projects that come your way
Basically, helping keep the Founder, and occasionally the rest of us, on track

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You don’t need to know everything.

But you do need to be someone who figures things out.

We’re looking for someone who is:
Extremely organised and detail-oriented
Proactive — you notice things before being asked
Excellent at following up (politely, persistently and repeatedly when necessary)
A explicit and confident communicator
Calm when there are 17 things happening at once
Quick to learn and comfortable asking questions
Responsible and trustworthy
Comfortable speaking to clients, vendo
