Roles & Responsibilities:
Build robust relationships and maintain effective communication channels with team members.
Challenge team estimations when necessary to gain deeper understanding of the product from business, design, and technical perspectives.
Support the team in creating a trusting and respectful setting where issues can be discussed openly.
Facilitate all reporting on scrum health and identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
Help the team become self-organized and align with the 12 principles of Agile.
Resolve conflicts and facilitate continuous improvement and team empowerment.
Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
Collaborate with Scrum Leads to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
Accurately report progress to management and resolve daily impediments.
Facilitate all SCRUM rituals, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, estimation sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Leverage previous experience in business analysis to assist Product Owners with product backlogs and requirement gathering.
