Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Business Development Manager — Oil & Gas to drive market expansion and revenue growth in the assigned region. The role focuses on developing recent business, strengthening key customer and channel relationships, and building a strong project pipeline in the Oil & Gas segment, including refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industries.



The candidate will own the complete business development cycle — from market strategy and chance creation to order closure — while working closely with cross-functional teams and, where applicable, guiding the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Oil & Gas segment in the assigned region
Drive revenue growth, order intake, and market share expansion in refineries, petrochemicals, gas processing, fertilizer, and related process industries
Identify, evaluate, and develop recent business opportunities with end users, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs, and channel partners
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry influencers
Develop and manage the channel partner and distributor network
Track upcoming projects, tenders, shutdown opportunities, and plant expansion plans to build a healthy project pipeline
Work closely with major consultants and project influencers for vendor registration, approval, and spec
