Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, and Recruitment Operations .
The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in HR and Recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Search and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to eligibility criteria
Conduct initial screening calls and explain job opportunities to candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates




Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support the recruitment team in achieving daily and weekly hiring targets
Maintain professional communication with candidates
Assist with day-to-day recruitment and HR activities

Candidate Requirements
Female candidates only
Any Graduate can apply
MBA – HR candidates preferred
Freshers are welcome
Prior internship or recruitment experience will be an added advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Email
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills
Robust follow-up and coordination abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Immediate joiners preferred
Chennai candidates preferred
