Job Title: Security Delivery Lead
Role: Leads the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects.
Must have skills: Security Solution Development
Experience Required: Minimum of 18 years.
Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering development, technical build oversight, sales and deployment of security solutions.
Managed security services solutioning and delivery.
Accountability for sales, solutioning, and delivery support of engagements/projects for global clients.
Collaboration with Leads across practices to increase the uptake of offerings.
Development and execution of plans to grow the practice.
Representation in internal and external brand development activities.
Team and development management.
Skilled and Technical Skills:
16 -25 years of industry experience,



predominantly in Cybersecurity, Automation, Client facing solutioning and sales, deployment experience.
Executive presence and articulation - to engage with global CISO/client & internal stakeholders.
Good communication and articulation on Security topics, with security and non-security stakeholders.
Proven experience and career record of managing a practice.
Positive understanding of contemporary technology/Automation/platform architecture.
Depth in one or more areas from below: Cybersecurity Enterprise services and observability, IAM, Cloud security, Attack Surface Management.
Certifications: Industry leading certifications- CISSP, CISM, CRISC (Optional).
