What Must You Have
Technical Expertise

Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Robust foundation in OOP, system design, concurrency , and CS fundamentals .

Problem-Solving Skills

Experience building and operating large-scale backend systems with high reliability and performance.

Hands-On Leadership
4+ years of software engineering experience, Preferrable 1+ years in a lead or mentorship role .
Actively involved in coding, reviews, and system design discussions.
Ability to drive product direction through technical decisions.
