Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain responsive, SEO-friendly WordPress websites for schools and institutions.
Customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to meet unique institutional needs.
Develop and optimize landing pages for admissions, events, webinars, and lead generation campaigns.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and page load speed optimization across devices.
Maintain consistency with branding and enhance user experience in line with UX/UI best practices.
Collaborate with digital marketing, admissions, and content teams to implement web strategies.
Perform regular site audits, updates, backups, and troubleshooting.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, WordPress capabilities, and educational web design needs.

Key Qualifications & Attributes
6 to 10 years of experience in WordPress web design and development.
Solid command of HTML, CSS , and basic JavaScript .




Experience with A/B testing tools and basic SEO techniques.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey mapping .
Familiarity with Google Analytics , Search Console , and website performance tools.
Solid eye for clean design, layout, color, and typography.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.
Experience in the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Certifications in UI/UX, WordPress, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
Robust portfolio showcasing educational websites, landing pages, and email templates.
