Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities.

Develop and implement production plans in coordination with the planning department.

Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve output and quality targets.

Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing to minimize downtime.

Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions for deviations.

Identify and resolve production issues promptly using strong problem-solving skills.

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for improved efficiency and reduced waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and project execution.

Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.

Ensure a protected working environment and compliance with all safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external vendors.

Qualifications:

-
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

-
3–7 years of experience in production supervision

-
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.

-
Proven skills in manpower handling, process optimization, and project management.

-
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

-
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

-
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
