Manage and oversee multiple hubs within the assigned sub-zone.

- Drive daily operational performance across all hubs and ensure achievement of key KPIs.

- Monitor delivery performance, productivity, manpower, attendance, capacity, and service levels.

- Ensure smooth hub operations, shipment movement, and last-mile delivery.

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.

- Manage and develop Hub Managers/Hub In-Charges and other operational teams.

- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention in coordination with the HR/TA team.

- Monitor hub-level cost, productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Control Tower,



Central Operations, and Business teams.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, safety, and process guidelines.

- Analyze operational data and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.

- Handle escalations related to customers, delivery partners, manpower, and hub operations.

- Support recent hub launches, expansion, and process improvement initiatives.

- Conduct regular hub visits and ensure consistent operational standards across the sub-zone.onsibilities
