Role Description The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The advisor will guide prospective students and families through the study-abroad process, including program selection, application requirements, and financial considerations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing accurate information on universities and courses, advising on visa and immigration processes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international education systems.

The advisor will coordinate with educational institutions and internal teams, manage documentation and follow-up,



and support students through pre-departure preparations. The role requires proactive communication, a service-oriented mindset, and a commitment to supporting learners in achieving their global education goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and general Consulting skills to guide students through program selection and application processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Visas and basic immigration procedures related to study-abroad destinations.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in education, international relations, business, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and CRM software, and the ability to learn new digital tools as needed.
- Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in study-abroad advising, international education, or counseling is beneficial.
