About the role:

Own end-to-end studio operations across production, process design, and team management for a high-volume catalog imagery production environment (photography, Gen AI, editing/QC). Responsible for capacity planning, throughput, cross-functional coordination, and building the operational backbone (tools, dashboards) that keeps the studio scaling.

What you'll do:

Production Management

- Own daily/weekly production planning across Studio, Gen AI, and Edit/QC pipelines to hit asset volume targets
- Track SLA adherence across each production stage (shoot/GEN ai → edit → QC → go-live) and unblock bottlenecks proactively

Process & Systems

- Design and continuously improve SOPs for shoot workflows, edit/QC checklists, and handoff protocols between teams
- Drive automation and tooling adoption (trackers, batch scripts, dashboards) to reduce manual overhead

Team Management

- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (photography, styling, editing, QC, AI projects) across locations
- Own hiring,



workload distribution, and performance tracking (KPIs/activity trackers)
- Act as the single POC for cross-functional stakeholders (category, marketing, tech) on studio deliverables

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Publish executive-ready dashboards and status reports on throughput, capacity, and budget
- Partner with functional leadership on scaling plans, new category launches, and resourcing asks

What we're looking for:

- 5–8+ years in operations/production management, ideally in studios, e-commerce catalog, or Q-com-style throughput environments
- Solid hands-on skills in Excel/Sheets-based planning tools, dashboarding, and process documentation
- Experience with vendor/budget management and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Exposure to Gen AI-driven Imagery workflows or automation (Apps Script, Python)
