Role Description This is a part-time, in office Student Intern role based in Unnao. The intern will support daily operations related to Wellness product distribution, including assisting with documentation, data entry, and basic customer service activities.

Responsibilities may include explain simple product information to customers.



The intern will also contribute to process improvement by observing workflows, sharing feedback, and helping the team with administrative tasks as needed. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to the insurance and financial services ecosystem, while supporting Coverfox’s mission to bridge the insurance gap.

Qualifications

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, partners, and colleagues in English and local languages.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, documents, and data-entry tools.
- Interest in insurance, financial services, or social impact, with a willingness to learn on the job.
- Pursuing/ Recently completed a degree or diploma program in any discipline
- Ability to work on-site in Ayodhya, Basti, Baharaich, Barabanki, Lucknow, Unnao, Aligarh and other districts in UP, manage part-time hours alongside academic commitments, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
