We are seeking Callers to support student outreach for NEET, JEE, and general counselling programs. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or those with prior telecalling experience to build their career in student engagement and academic outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calls to students and parents to generate interest.
- Connect interested candidates with education counsellors.
- Visit exam centres & outreach locations.
- Distribute pamphlets and engage in local marketing activities.
- Maintain skilled communication and convincing skills to drive interest.

Position Requirements

- Hardworking, active, with strong communication and convincing skills.
- Role 1: Exceptional fluency in Marathi.
- Role 2: Exceptionally well‑spoken, eloquent, and fluent in English.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior telecalling experience.
- Confidence, excellent communication, ability to engage students effectively, and readiness for field activities.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
