Role Description This is a full time, on-site Student role based in Alwar. The student will support day-to-day activities in the manufacturing and operations environment, including assisting with basic electrical and electronic tasks under supervision, observing production workflows, and helping maintain documentation related to processes and quality checks.

Responsibilities may include collecting data, preparing simple reports, and participating in training related to safety, equipment use, and quality standards.



The role is designed to provide practical exposure to electrical/electronic manufacturing, allowing the student to apply classroom learning in a professional setting and collaborate with experienced team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of electrical or electronic concepts, gained through ongoing or completed technical or engineering education.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry for documentation and reporting.
- Candidates should possess strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating guidelines.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and other staff on-site.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, adapt to a manufacturing setting, and take initiative in assigned tasks.
- Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree program in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
