Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Structural Design Engineer to join our team at Pahwa Group. The role involves designing safe, sustainable, and cost-effective structural systems for residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, preparation of design drawings, coordination with architects, site teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and composite structures in building projects.

Review structural design drawings, calculation reports, and BOQs.

Ensure designs comply with IS codes,



building by-laws, and safety standards.

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers for seamless execution.

Review and approve structural shop drawings submitted by contractors/vendors.

Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to approved design and quality standards.

Keep updated with new design software, materials, and construction technologies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures, and foundation design.

Proficiency in structural design software ( ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

Valuable understanding of IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IS 875, etc.) and international codes (preferred).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prepare detailed structural drawings and reports.

Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
