About The Role We are looking for a highly driven, analytical and execution-oriented skilled to join the Founder's Office at Gramik. You will work closely with the Founder on key strategic initiatives and help drive execution across multiple business functions.

This is not a typical coordination or PPT-making role . We are looking for someone who can analyse business problems, challenge assumptions, identify gaps and ensure that critical initiatives move from discussion to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and high-priority business initiatives.
- Analyse revenue, profitability, business performance and key operational metrics.
- Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing and other teams.
- Build dashboards, MIS, business reviews and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Identify business and operational bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Convert strategic discussions into clear action plans, timelines, owners and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research,



competitor analysis and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Ensure strong execution discipline and accountability across critical projects.

Who We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Founder's Office or high-growth startups.
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier institute such as IITs, IIMs, BITS, SRCC, St. Stephen's, Ashoka University or other top-tier institutions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint and business analysis.
- High ownership, strong follow-up and ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Someone who is curious, intellectually sharp and focused on solving problems—not just completing tasks.
