Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to support business strategy, growth planning, market analysis, and management decision-making

. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of business operations and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans

.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessment

.

- Analyze business performance, KPIs, and financial/operational data.

- Identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, and process improvement

.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, markets, products, and partnerships.

- Prepare business reports, MIS, presentations, forecasts, and strategic recommendations

.





- Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.

- Monitor strategic plans and track business performance against objectives.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent knowledge of

MS Excel and PowerPoint

; Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Valuable commercial and financial understanding.

- Ability to convert data and insights into actionable business strategies

- MBA/PGDM in Strategy, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
