nKey Responsibilities:
N
n
Supervise and oversee accounting operations for all group companies. N
Lead the finalisation of accounts (IndAS & IGAAP), preparation of financial statements, and coordination with auditors. N
Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, MSME, and other statutory requirements. N
Monitor internal controls, risk management, financial policies, expense management, and supervise treasury activities and budget/ MIS activities. N
Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies. N
Mentor and guide the finance and accounts team. N

nExperience: 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in NBFC, Financial Services, AMC, or PMS / AIF setups.
NQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
